Find Nearby Items with a Loud 120 dB Sound –
If your tagged item is somewhere nearby, you can make the JioTag play a sound through its up to 120 dB built-in speaker. This can be especially helpful when your keys or wallet are hidden under a sofa, inside a bag or somewhere around your home or office.
Find Items Outside Bluetooth Range –
When your JioTag goes outside your phone’s Bluetooth range, its location can be updated with the help of compatible devices participating in the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My network. You can then check the available location information and directions on the map.
However, it is important to understand that JioTag is not a GPS tracker with a SIM card. The location shown may depend on when a compatible nearby device last detected the tag. Therefore, it may sometimes show an approximate or last-seen location instead of an exact live location.
No SIM Card or Monthly Recharge Required
JioTag works without a SIM card, mobile data plan or monthly tracking subscription. Once paired with your compatible phone, it uses Bluetooth and the supported Android or Apple finding network.
Easy Pairing –
Pairing JioTag with a compatible Android phone or iPhone is simple. If you want to switch platforms:
Remove JioTag from the currently connected Find My or Find Hub account. Reset the JioTag. Pair it with your new Android or iOS device.
Long Battery Life –
JioTag 2nd Generation is designed for long-term everyday use and comes with extended battery support, reducing the need for frequent battery replacement.

The IP64 rating provides protection against dust and water splashes, making JioTag suitable for normal daily use and travel.
Where Can You Use JioTag?
JioTag can be useful for people who frequently forget where they have kept their belongings. I find this type of tracker especially useful for keys, wallets, luggage, backpacks and other frequently misplaced items.
It can also be attached to belongings used by family members. However, for children, vehicles or pets, it should not be considered a replacement for a dedicated real-time GPS safety tracker.
Important Limitation
JioTag is primarily a Bluetooth and crowdsourced network item finder, not a dedicated GPS tracker. Even when an item is relatively close to you, the map may not always provide the exact position of the tag. Location accuracy and update frequency depend on Bluetooth range, nearby compatible devices and the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My network.
For nearby items, using the built-in sound feature is usually the easiest way to locate the tag.
Why Buy JioTag 2nd Generation?
If you want a simple item tracker without paying for a SIM card or monthly subscription, JioTag 2nd Generation can be a useful option. Its support for both Android and iPhone, loud finder sound, compact design, IP64 protection and access to large device-finding networks make it suitable for tracking everyday belongings such as keys, wallets and luggage.
